Graduation from elementary school implies the immersion of recent kids in a new, previously unknown, field of education. Some teachers and parents themselves say that with the transition to the middle link, in fact, serious training begins. The structure of the lessons is changing, new subjects are added and other requirements for the content of the answers are introduced. At the same time, with disciplines in the middle link, parents are not always clear. Many of them want to know what subjects in grade 5 in 2019-2020 and whether to expect something unusual in terms of original innovations.
The dependence of the list of disciplines on the curriculum

In particular, with a 5-day school week, children cannot receive more than 980 lessons per year. If the school practices six days, then the load is a little more - 1085 hours a year.
This is connected with the fact that some children in the 5th grade study geography already paired with biology, while others do not. The same can be said about many disciplines introduced this year. Just do not forget that there is a mandatory “backbone” of subjects studied in all schools of the country. The list of compulsory disciplines in grade 5
According to the federal invariant component, schools are required to teach a minimum list of disciplines, and do so in a specific volume. Moreover, the national characteristics of the country's regions are not taken into account. Regardless of the region and other criteria, 11 educational disciplines should be taught at the school.
The list of lessons with the number of required hours per week is as follows:
- Mathematics - 5 Ph.D.
- Russian language - 5 hours
- Inyaz - 3 hours
- Physical education - 3 hours
- Literature - 3 Ph.D.
- History - 2 hours
- Geography, music, fine arts, technology and life safety - 1 Ph.D.
Therefore, you can calculate the minimum number of lessons laid down on compulsory federal subjects. Based on the data below, it can be understood that the invariant part of the national educational component already includes 27 lessons per week. At the same time, one should not forget about the national-regional component, and about the school's ability to introduce its additional disciplines.
Such opportunities give scope for possible changes in the list of items. Other subjects are added to compulsory disciplines. This is especially pronounced in regions that have their own national language that differs from Russian.
Possible changes to the list of items
As mentioned above, in Russia it is allowed to introduce additional disciplines in the school curriculum. Moreover, such subjects cannot be a substitute for basic lessons, which are mandatory for all Russian schools without exception.
The most striking example of additional discipline is the same mother tongue, studied in different regions of the country along with Russian. At the same time, the school has the right to distribute the percentages of the national-regional component exclusively for the study of native speech or introduce another additional subject. Such a discipline can be the history of the native land, and the MHC subsection regarding creative people in a given region, and even folk applied classes characterizing specific labor skills.
Among variable disciplines there are quite familiar:

However, many do not use the opportunity to introduce additional disciplines. In addition, many schools themselves are worried about the introduction of tuition fees, so they do not seek to teach additional lessons, trying to minimize the financial burden on parents.
Information about paid items
Regarding the introduction of payment for a number of serious school subjects, there has been talk for several years. It is understood that they will leave a minimum of free subjects in the spirit of the Russian language, mathematics and physical education with biology. All other disciplines will become optionally paid, and there are even versions that it will not be possible to refuse them.
It is worth knowing that the project is still relevant, but only its implementation is far from what parents and teachers came up with. Initially, the implied introduction of additional in-depth lessons in physics, chemistry, algebra in the optional mode. The rest of the children will still be taught all these disciplines without fail, but only in the basic version.
This situation is associated not only with the desire to introduce paid disciplines, but also with the ever-increasing educational load. And while this is still only a project, and not a working version of the next educational reforms, so how many subjects children will study depends on the school, because auxiliary disciplines of the regional component can also be added to the list of compulsory ones.
Items in grade 5 in 2019-2020 so far no one is going to radically change. Disciplines familiar to parents await the children, although schoolchildren themselves will realize that in the middle link they should take their studies more seriously. In addition, modern children should now think about their future profession, delving deeper into the necessary disciplines in advance.
